Planning Your Service Certificate Basic Certificate   This is the layout of the of the basic military certificate.  We do all the layouts wtih your list of items that you have submitted to us (medals, ribbons, badges and etc). If you have a specific want, just let us know.  Custom Certificate      In these custom certificates, we  are are abe to add almost any item to your personal certificate.   We have an large collection military images. If you have a specfic patch or item that you want included in your  certificate, just let us know.  For informatoin on sending your items to us please see the help page for details. 1.  Images or photos of a plane, ship, or other vehicle 2.  Medal bar showing off all your medals 3.  Custom art work 4.  Photographs of your service 5.  Various wings and badges of service The guard and reserve certificates are made to the same exacting standards.  The only difference is that the seal of the service may be different.  For example, you could choose the Army seal or the Army National Guard seal to be on your certificate.   Just let us know your needs!
